Investor Relations Press Releases
American Soil Technologies, Inc. Through its Subsidiary Smart World Organics Enters Into a Worldwide Agreement as Exclusive Distributor of Revolutionary Hydroponics Tower.

PACOIMA Calif. –May 8, 2007 American Soil Technologies, Inc. (OTCBB: SOYL), announced today that it has, through its subsidiary Smart World Organics entered into a worldwide exclusive distribution agreement with Make-It Manufacturing of Pasco Robles California to distribute Make-Its' patented Agro Tower.

Carl Ranno, the American Soil Technology's President and CEO, stated that, "American Soil Technologies and Make-It Manufacturing are eager to respond to the increasing global demand for organic and sustainable products in the agricultural segments of global markets. In order to take maximum advantage of that increasing demand and to address the need of farmers to reduce their cost, we believe that the combination of American Soil Technology's organic nutrients and Make-It's novel patented tower system will quickly become the system of choice of organic hydroponics farmers."

The tower consists of stackable growing pots, and each one is capable of growing six plants. The stack for commercial purposes can be six to eight growing pots high and can be used to grow many varieties of berries, tomatoes, cucumbers, herbs, peppers and many other vegetables. Because of the type of plastic used in manufacturing the growing pots will be guaranteed for at least 10 years if used outside and has a lifetime guarantee if used in a green house.

Ranno went on to state " The use of the towers in a controlled environment will also reduce the use of water by at least 65% and nutrients can be recycled adding to the cost savings and further reducing the environmental impact of conventional farming”.

More About the Hydroponics Tower
One-acre of farmland has an available surface area for growing never changes. If a plant requires two square feet to produce optimum product yield, the same two square feet using our towers can produce 36 times more per two square feet in the six-tier model and 48 times more in the eight-tier model. The advantages over conventional farming are profound when compared to the high productivity of the hydroponics greenhouses which require significantly less water, less fertilizer, less equipment, less labor and no pesticides or herbicides--all of which impacts the bottom line. The end result is safer, pure, pesticide free organically grown products.
