American Soil Technologies Enters Into Exclusive Agency Agreement in Kuwait

PACOIMA Calif. –May 18, 2006 American Soil Technologies, Inc. (OTCBB:SOYL), a leading supplier of super-absorbent polymer soil amendments and other related products in the multi-billion dollar turf, retail, horticulture and agricultural markets announced today that it has entered into an exclusive Agency Agreement with Environmental Development Company, a Kuwait Corporation, based in Safat, Kuwait.

Carl Ranno, President and CEO of American Soil Technologies, stated, "Our new agent whose principals have many years of experience in environmental issues in Kuwait and the U.A.E. will introduce and promote the Company’s products and services to potential clients and follow up on opportunities within Kuwait and the U.A.E.” Ranno went on to state “ this region is actively involved in re-forestation and the impact that agriculture and horticulture have on the environment”.
