The Company
American Soil Technologies, Inc. is fast becoming the leading supplier of super-absorbent polymer soil amendments and other related
products in the multi-billion dollar turf, retail, horticulture and agricultural markets. Our products decrease the use of water,
increase nutrient retention in soil and enhance seed emergence. In addition, other products in our polymer-based line can clarify
ponds, seal canals and increase the in-soil effectiveness of chemicals, fertilizers and biological additives.
American Soil Technologies, Inc. (OTCBB: SOYL), formerly Soil Wash Technologies, Inc. was incorporated in California on
September 22, 1993. Effective December 31, 1999 the company changed it name to American Soil Technologies, Inc. and acquired
Polymers Plus LLC including the exclusive license for it's patents.
Intellectual Properties
The Company has an exclusive license to two method patents with cross-linked and linear polymers as their basis.
The patents prevent the broadcasting and tilling into the soil of a certain size water absorbent polymer particle
without our permission.
The Company also has three patents on a revolutionary new machine, the M216 Polymer Injector, designed to install its
liquid products in mature turf as well as some standing crops. The machine has been built, tested and
is now operational.
